This Hotel was everything you needed. The room was a good size, everything was very clean, and the shower was amazing. All the staff spoke english to a standard and were very helpful. Being so cheap we expected it to not be very nice but were proven wrong,

I liked the cleaness of the room.

I do not like the environment of the hotel, It hdas a wired atmosphere. The people who were staying there were workers, strange. Not nice, I was afraid to be alone. The location is also strange, with strange halls. I also do not like the breakfast because it did not offer a proper cafe with milk to drink. I wouldn't stay there anymore.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean room and great location, nearby the main train station. Good value for money and a quite decent place to stay in Oberhausen. Free wifi is a great plus.

Location is good. 24 hours service, a lot of restaurants around, possibility to find free parking for night.

The very small room - especially, bathroom - impossible even to open the door without sticking to the bath door. The room has not label - Smoking, but it was with the smoke smell. Friday and Saturday nights were nightmare - screams of the drunk people from the neighbouring night- club (or cafe) did not let to sleep. So please use earplug if you are there from Friday till Sunday.

All 3 reception/breakfast staff that we dealt with were friendly, helpful and efficient

Even though we had a no smoking room, the corridor, outside the room, and the lift reeked of cigarette smoke.

We are satisfied wtih the breakfast, cleaning and services.

It will be far better to have Free Wifi Services.

very old building which is renovated with very basic materials. very old elevator. kitchen smells into the rooms.

Excellent staff communication abilities for someone who cannot speak German very well. Pleased with their friendliness and willingness to help (booking a taxi)

The hotel is nothing like the photos. It is two floors of a grotty apartment building in a run down part of town. This picture must have been taken when the hotel first opened- 50 years ago. Never again.
